How do I place an order?

Choose the garments you love and click Add to Cart. When youâre ready to proceed, open your cart and follow the prompts to complete checkout.
What payment do you accept?

We accept payment through PayPal. You may use your credit or debit card by selecting the PayPal option without logging inâsimply click the âpay through credit cardâ button at checkout.
If you prefer not to use a credit card, we also accept offline payments powered by Paymongo and Dragonpay, which accommodate GCash, debit cards, and other local e-payment methods. Please note that we do not support Cash On Delivery, as each garment is thoughtfully and carefully handcrafted to your order.
How to pay and choose Offline Payment?

Kindly message us at hello@sincerelykate.ph or use the form below to let us know your preferred payment method, and we will promptly send you the payment link. Please note that links remain valid for a limited time only, and the order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within that period.
How many days is the delivery?

All of our garments are handcrafted with care. We sincerely appreciate your support of our small business clothing boutique. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for processing your order, depending on the volume of orders we are handling.
If the product is in stock, we will ship your order within 48 hours from the date and time of purchase.

How long do you process an order?

After shipping your order to the courier, we promptly provide tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
Domestic Orders:
Metro Manila 3-5 working days.
Provincial Area 5-7 working days
International Orders: 5-7 working days (excluded the clearance process in Custom).
What is your Size Chart?

The size chart corresponds across Asian, US, and UK sizing, so please select the size you normally wear.
Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns by exchanging sizes only for the same garment you originally ordered. All returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the delivery date and must be returned unused, with their original hang tags and original packaging intact.
For other reason of returns, we require a video upon opening of your order.
